Frequently Asked Questions
Oceanfront Guru Vacation Rental FAQ’s
Please feel free to call us anytime for specific questions or concerns that you may have in planning your vacation to Myrtle Beach, we hope this info below will answer some of your general questions:
How do I check in?
Most all of our properties have an electronic key system, just prior to your arrival you will be given a 4 digit code that will access the door for you and your guests for the duration of your stay. Our codes are changed randomly after each visit.
Is there daily housekeeping & linen service?
Since we are not a hotel, we do not offer daily housekeeping or linen service as a standard practice. The cleaning fee you pay in your rental charges are for a departure clean only, this keeps the rental rate lower for you. However, we have the ability to offer more frequent cleaning and linen services if this is desired.
Do you have free WIFI & telephones?
Most properties do offer free WIFI services. Since most people have cell phones these days we do not require our owners to carry traditional land line services.
What are the check in/check out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm EST
Check-out is at 10:00 am EST
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on our properties.
Smoking?
ALL units are non-smoking.
Motorcycles & Trailers?
Varies by rental property, please inquiry.

You must be 25 years of age or older to be the primary renter for any of our rental properties
(Exception: 23 years of age or older for Sand Dunes resort)
